Our company

Forte & Balance is established in 1998 in the Netherlands. In 1999 the Holding started to invest in Ceará. In 2004 Forte & Balance started a collaboration with local brokers for properties in Serra de Baturité. Forte & Balance Imóveis Ltda was established in 2005 as a full service property investment and management service company. Now we are a recognized full service real estate broker for mainly Ceará but we are also active in Rio Grande do Norte, Maranhão and Bahia. We continuously aim to have a full portfolio of the best properties at attractive rates. Our clients are from all over the world. From Iceland to South Africa and from Japan to the USA.

In the summer of 2005 the office building in Aldeota was taken in use. In 2007 we started a sales office in Praia de Iracema. Our main activity is port folio management including scouting and purchasing, maintenance and sales of mainly land positions. Our track record is an average ROI of over 35% per year (!).

In 2007 the founder of Forte & Balance started a sustainable agricultural firm, Superverde agricultura Ltda, for the production of feedstocks for renewables. The main crop produced is Mamona (Castor bean). Since we helped various agri-companies to establish themselves in the Northeast.

Since 2008 Forte & Balance more and more concentrates on real estate related business development. We support and manage large-scale developments from start-up to sales. We work with state of the art architects and constructors. During the international crises we now concentrate on less affected markets such as Brazil.

In 2009 Forte & Balance separates it legal services from the realtor and construction services in an associated firm Forte & Balance Advogados. This firm assumes independent all legal services for our clients including profound due diligence on ownership, property transference, use of land and environmental risks.

Forte & Balance Imóveis has experience in the full real estate market with the focus on Ceará. We have specialized ourselves in 4 main streams:
