Our company Forte & Balance Holding is established in 1998 in the Netherlands. Its advisory company and subsidiary Forte & Balance BV started at the same time and is active in advisory services and training in management systems, auditing and corporate sustainability. In 1999 the Holding started to invest in Ceará.  In 2004 Forte & Balance started a collaboration with the local broker for properties in Serra de Baturité. Forte
& Balance Imóveis Ltda was established in 2005 as a full service property investment and management service company. Now we are a recognized full service real estate broker for the whole state of Ceará. We continuously aim to have a full portfolio of the best properties at attractive rates. Our clients are from all over the world. From Iceland to South Africa and from Japan to the USA. In the summer of 2005 the office building in Aldeota was taken in use. Fatima de Valk Pinheiro
Business partner of Forte & Balance Imóveis Ltda. Fatima runs also Sitio Verde (nursery and trading of tropical greens and flowers) and Fatima Flower Service (Advisory services for floral organizations). Fatima was born in Portugal and carries both Dutch and Portuguese nationality. Fatima has a master degree in Floral art.
Fluent in Portuguese, Dutch and English.
Petra Groeneveld Manager Europe. Petra also manages the daily business of the management consultant company Forte & Balance BV. She is responsible for Marketing and the back-office activities for our European customers. Petra carries a Dutch degree in real estate management. Petra is fluent in the Dutch, German and English language.
Glauco Webster Real estate broker. Glauco is a registered CRECI broker responsible for the acquisition and sales.
Elane Da Rocha Nogueira Barros

legal affairs. Elane finished her law studies and post graduates at
the University of Piaui. Since 1999 she has been working as a lawyer in the
Nordeste. Elane co-ordinates all the legal affairs and supervises the visa
procedures of our clients. Elane speaks English as well as some Spanish and
French.

Shareholder and managing director of Forte & Balance. Vincent came to Brazil as an environmental auditor/consultant in 1994. In 1997 he discovered Ceará as being the most pleasant and beautiful area of Brazil. Vincent believes strongly in ethical business practices as a sustainable and strong foundation for the future. He builds his business case in being involved professionally in over 200 companies and
multinationals in 23 countries. Vincent speaks Dutch, English and Portuguese.
