Property investment
Working together with leading agencies we offer top properties in the state of Ceará in Brazil. The properties are put in excellent condition and are restored, renovated and/or renewed according to the desires of the customer. All investments will be recognized by the Brazilian government.
Forte & Balance has a team of local legal specialists that help our customers to purchase the properties within all legal and fiscal boundaries. Additional to that we may help customers to obtain necessary licenses or permits and even visas. This may be vital in a country where foreigners even have difficulties to open a bank account.
We plan and execute construction work near to European standards. We work together with a leading architect and have a large experience with local craftsmen.
Property management
To maintain your properties we offer all in service contracts including the maintenance of gardens, swimming pools and regular maintenance of your real estate. During your stay we offer household staff for your housekeeping and cooking. All you have to do is to relax and enjoy your stay.
Pricing
On the website the prices are stated in Euros. The rate of the Euro against the Brazilian Real may vary significantly from time to time. Please ask the actual price in Real and the actual exchange rate.
Ethical way of working
We are a foreign company mainly working with Brazilian employees. The majority of our customers are foreigners but our working environment is Brazil. In all countries ethical rules apply. In our situation we believe that it is even more important to have explicit ground rules. We work according to a Code of ethics. In order to make it work, we regularly have internal discussion with all our staff. We encourage ourselves to break trough the dilemmas and to work on a real ethical way, whilst remaining pragmatic. It may cost us some short term business. On the long run we believe that we will benefit our approach.
